We want you to love your Pusheen merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached.

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is confirmed.
